<p>I guess you`re thinking why we`ve chosen to publish it then?</p>
<p>Well the answer is <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrum_(development)">SCRUM </a>It`s a method originaly meant for larger programming/development projects. And we`ve adjusted it a bit to work with our own creative processes. In short the essence is just letting projects evolve more natural, instead of following a strict plan that does`nt incorporate all the things you learn under way in the project. It also means involving the customer and the target audience in the project and getting crucial feedback from them to adjust the end product to be stronger and better.</p>
